What do you love about OT?

What I love most about OT is empowering individuals to maximize their function and independence in everyday life! It is a gift as a therapist to be able to facilitate people to work toward and accomplish their goals. 

How did you choose this profession?

I chose this profession because I always knew I belonged in health care, and OT allows me to use my creativity every day!

Why did you choose to become an OTAC board member?

I chose to become involved with OTAC because I believe that being an active member of state and federal associations is critical for our profession to advance. I am passionate about doing what I can to advocate for the profession and impact what we do everyday as OT’s. 

What’s your favorite thing to do in Colorado?

My favorite hobbies right now include snowboarding, hiking, playing volleyball, and anything dog-friendly. I love taking advantage of everything our beautiful state has to offer!
